C: I completely agree, that he should have gotten Lost Odyssey. Also, Go find somegiganto monsters to fight if you want a challenge.

They totally mislead you. Tales of Vespira is the cheap chinese knockoff of the much better Tales of Vesperia game.

Lol'd to this.

Really, Tales of Vesperia is a game best enjoyed with friends. The story's okay, but the game really shines with four-player combat.

Maybe you just don't like JRPGs. They are generally pretty cheesy, and Vesperia is no exception. I still really enjoyed it though.

I must not have posted in your previous thread. I would have told you to get Rise Of The Argonauts. That or buy cheap or rent The Last Remnant & hold out to get Dragon Age Origins.

actually I did get that game. I'm on the third disk and its cool...But i'm not getting that additive and compulsive feeling i usually get from RPGs so idk if i can ever get heavily into or become a hardcore fan JRPDs. Maybee they are not my cup of tee. And yeah i did crank up the difficutly, lol. I forgot the name of the boss i fought, but it was the guy in the Ruins. Well, I tried like 5 times to beat him on hard difficulty and it was not going to happen. My crew, gave it all we got and when I did that magnifing thing to check its stats it had like 50,000/60,000. He was a level 18 and granted we were all level 15. So i should have grinded. However, all other monsters are too easy on hard difficulty so then grinding becomes extremly boaring. When i put it to normal his HP went down drasctically and was easy to beat. So idk, maybe i should just crank up the diffculty and grind.

I'm defintitly getting Dragon Age. I'ver consider checking out Last Remnant but its not a priority cause it had such bad reviews so i may give it a rent, However, I have not read anything on ARise of the Argonauts so i'll go check that out thanks.

Buying a game is still your choice (and money) in the end of the day, personally I would have got Lost Odd. but that's me, personally I have the game think it is a good game, but not as good as some of the other top rpg''s imo.

Yeah, when my brother beat it he sent it to me, I'm not much of a fan of JRPGs so I'm not into it that much either.

Well today i got a refund for TOV and Sacred 2. I got all my money back for these two games and bought Dead Space and Mass Effect (again!) I also preorder Borderlands and will be getting Dragon Age. I;m completely done with JRPGs after Lost Oddysse. I'm going to stick to the tried and true casue going off and buying low rated games or JRPGs will not work for me.

ToV is the best JRPG around. Maybe your taste for rpg isn't compatible with the game?

Tales of Vespira does pick up after a good bit of chugging through the beginning, and its one of the best tales in the series .
