"Noob," "Pwn," and all that other junks is so... I can't even find a word to describe it. Anyone that uses it anymore has a thinking capactiy of nothing more than a 6th grader. If you're getting called a "noob" on any game, just laugh and just imaging how much of an idiot that guy must really be. Any words that are made up on the internet are very pathetic, especially if they're used as an insult.

The cure for that is making friends. Even though you get a lot of immaturity, you're going to get that for the most part anywhere else on Live. Just make friends with the mature ones and play with them. Friends make games fun and you can't just let a game like Gears of War go to waste because of some of the dumb consumers.
I still play Gears constantly, but I say if you get killed by a "noob" weapon like the chainsaw, then you are a noob.RushMetallica
how so? if the developer put it in there its to be used. maybe you just suck and get killed by the chainsaw alot.. if its in the game, its to be used in the game. those that call ppl noobs just dont like it when they get killed with said weapon.
Yeah well people will always look for excuses to their death, the most comon are cheating, host, lag, and noob tactics. that should not bother you enough to stop playing the game though just play with your friends and turn down the volume if alot of voacl sparring is occuring.
Yeah, It is annoying. Whatever, I don't care how i get killed. I only ever get ticked off when the game lags or some sort of weird glitch happens. Which happens a lot in Gears of War. That's what kills the MP.
I played it for a little while after I bought Halo 3. I haven't played it since I bought COD4 but I know I will have a random time when I'll want to play it like Vegas.

Just ignore those elite people and play for fun... just take the consolation in the fact that their only friends are on the Xbox... and they never see other people face to face... so having that pathetic of a life is bound to make you good at video games.
