Yeah same here I got the RRoD once when Bioshock was first released, I left my X360 for a few days and it's been working ever since! But yeah looks like you may need to call MS?

If you get the RRoD, it's time to just send it in. No reason to fight it. It'll just keep coming back if you don't do something about it.

If you keep doing that trick your warranty can be voided. Plus you will just be messing up your hardware even more.

Got my RRoD on my launch 360 yesterday. Called MS right away. Hopefully they send me the newer model with HDMI.

Its just if it breaks after the towel trick, and MS sees it in some way, they wont repair your box for free.

why would you even try it anyway if you could also just make a simple call, let them pick it up at your place, get it repaired, let them bring it back to you after a few weeks ALL FOR FREE?.

I tryed it, and my 360 worked for 3 1/2 weeks, running strong, it crapped out after I upgraded to a 120 gb harddrive, ( I really think that has something to do with the whole rrod problem), but I honestly think it'sdumb to send it in and get a dead one back, (or soon to be dead), when you can just buy a new one, switch em out, and return the dead one and get your money back.
