Did anyone else try the demo yet? I downloaded it last night off of the X-Box 360 market and gave it a go, I'm liking it so far and it might actually be a great game specially if netplay is flawless. Only thing I'm having trouble getting adjusted to is the drifting, aside from that it's pretty simple to get the hang of.

Will download it soon, looks interesting though. But there are too many games coming.

It's amazing

I love the game so much

They took the OutRun engine and added a slew of Sega characters plus great tracks and Banjo and Avatars for the 360 owners

I love how it's so fluid, the drift mechanic is done so well in this game

I also like that some of the power ups are team based, the rocket that allows you to detonate it anywhere on the track allows you to play with a friend and not take them down while getting to the opposition.

I liked the SuperStar Tennis effort from Sega a few years back and I thought this would be an ok game as well

Instead it's fantastic, it's like Sega said "oh Jason doesn't think that we can top tennis, well top that!" and threw down Sega racing

It was fun but something was off? Like when you went over a ramp, you flew for far too long and it just felt weird. As much as I love Sonic, Mario kart is still better imo

Glad you guys liked it too, I was utterly surprised by how good it was. Hopefully Sonic finally makes a come back, what with this game and Sonic 4 coming.

I played it, pretty fun game. However did anyone else have a problem with the framerate? I think it might be my hard drive which might be too full or something. How do you power slide btw?

Left trigger, no brake in the game just slide

I've had no problems with frame rate and I've played it for hours lol
