I used to want Too Human really badly. But now that its out, and it got really bad reviews, (Some-what) I still wanted it. But now I'm watching some gameplay videos and it seems boring kinda...So sould I get Too Human? And, I have 2 questions. Is it boring? And is it offline co-op? Thanks.
I loved the game so I'm biased. I probably put in close to 200 hours playing with my friends. I say just largely ignore the reviews and try the demo or rent the game. If you like it, then buy it.
it's a really fun game and has a lot of replayability. sure, the voice acting isn't the best, and nneither are the graphics. but it's still pretty fun, once you get used to things. :P
It's a game that will either win you over instantly or turn you off, but if you end up liking it then it consumes you. I can't speak enough praise for the fun this game has. But that's me.
i put in 50 hours in a 2 week span, and i initially said i would never buy the game and hated the demo. if youre interested then ide say its worth at the very least a rental, but once you become addicted there is no stopping the addiction until youre burnt out, which i am now. so yeah, to me 50 hours into a game that was 65 bucks and ill trade back in for 25, making my balance a total of 40 bucks, was a really good purchase considering that was less than a dollar an hour for enjoyment.
Oh and make sure to brush up on your Norse Mythology because some of it can be pretty confusing if dont know your Norse!Almighty-mints
That was one of the off-putting things mentioned in the reviews, that the story and back-story weren't very clear unless you already knew a bit (or a lot!) about Norse mythology.
That said I do love a Diablo style game, and enjoyed the TH demo, and can definitely see it being a game that I could spend a lot of time playing if I got into it
The only reason why people say good things about Too Human is because they've bought the game, and now they're trying to fool themselves into thinking that their purchase was worth it.
Too Human is the worst game I've ever played. Rent it and you'll see exactly what I mean, but by all means DONT buy the crap until you've atleast seen how bad it is. (For the record the GS score is way off. Too Human deserves a 2-3)
was one of the worst demos I've ever playing, ranked right up there with iron man. I got more satisfaction pressing delete than from actually playing it.
I have recently finished the game and I think its a good game, worth playing through I enjoyed it and think its under-rated by reviewers. But I agree try the demo first if you get bored of that you'll get bored of the game.
