SPEC OPS vs. HORDE vs FIREFIGHT vs. NAZI ZOMBIES vs. SURVIVAL vs.TERRORIST HUNT?

Which is the best add on game feature ? they all provide extra content with co-op, but which is the funnest to play alone and with friends ?

Personal its between Horde and Spec Ops for me, but I'll go with Spec Ops. What do you guys like ?

well i havent played any online except for spec ops. i like horde 2 player splitscreen though. i only dont play nazi zombies coz i dont wanna buy the maps. same with horde. so for me ill have to say spec ops, until i can get some people to play firefight with me

Here's how I see it:

Spec-Ops: While 2 players work out fine, 4 would have been great, along with a matchmaking option.
Horde: 5 players, has matchmaking and a lot of maps to play it on. The only thing that takes it down for me is the set enemy types that spawn at certain rounds.
Firefight: 4 player coop is exremely fun but is taken down by no matchmaking and poor connection no matter what type of speeds you have (at least in my experiences).
Zombies: Never ending waves with multiple players. Only gets old because of the lack of playable maps compared to the others.

I would say: Horde>Spec-Ops/Zombies>Firefight.

I've played all of them but Horde and my ranking would be Firefight, Spec Ops, then Nazi Zombies. NZ was only fun for a little bit; it's just a novelty. Spec Ops is much better but not that fun by yourself. And Firefight is awesome. Nuff said.

I've not played Horde, but I've played the other three and I have to say that I'm enjoying Spec-Ops by far.

Yes, its only 2 people, but the way that they implement the multiplayer aspects into some of the levels are just brilliant. The mission where one person is in control of the AC130 while the other is on the ground is just insane. Its probably the most fun co-op experience I've ever had. And the other missions, some inspired by CoD4 and most based on MW2 single-player levels are ALL a blast. There's not one worth ignoring. They're all fun and with just a single friend makes it a very personal and tactical experience. I'm in love with it.

Horde mode is still the best of all these wave after wave game modes.

Survival beats all of them. So does Terrorist Hunt.

Nazi Zombies for sure. Killing Nazis alone is fun but killing Nazi Zombies... You do the math.

I haven't touched Gears in awhile but I still like Horde the most, Spec Ops comes in second but I hope they add at least one more player for that, haven't played Firefight or Nazi Zombies.

I loved how Nazi Zombies was set up, though I didn't like the hell dogs & stuff like that, but I still voted for it. I should have voted for Horde mode though, but I had played Nazi Zombies more recently. Horde is the best on the list in my opinion.

Spec-Ops. Great variation and a decently challenging.

Firefight, Horde and Nazi Zombies are the only good part about their games (well, maybe GoW2's campaign but online completely failed)

For me it would be : Zombies>Spec Ops>Firefight>Horde.

For some reason I just can't get into spec-ops. I keep trying but I just can't seem to have any fun with it. I'll go with horde as I play that with friends.

Your not alone bud. I think Spec Ops is ok, but not nearly as fun as Horde on gears2, Survival on left4dead2 or Firefight on Halo ODST.

Out of the ones you listed I'd put them at

1: Horde

2: Firefight

The others tie for third.

Survival is the best though...

Fire Fight>Horde>Nazi Zombies>Spec Ops

I don't see myself playing Spec Ops any more after I three star all the missions if I even decide to go that far. Heck, I haven't touched it in weeks. Spec Ops just isn't that fun or addictive. Nazi Zombies, Fire Fight and Horde were however. But Nazi Zombies should have come with more maps and I like Fire Fight most for having the most varied maps.

Nazi Zombies>Horde>Spec Ops>Firefight.

But there all awesome well...maybe not firefight, i just couldn't get into it.

Spec ops is my favorite, it's the most varied out of the four.

To those that mentioned Vegas 2 terroris hunt and GRAW 2 co-op missions, I totally agree that those are awesome.

But, of the choices given, I'd go with ODST Firefight first, only because it's 4-player, turns skulls on and off as you progress, great variety in enemies as well as the use of vehicles. It also has a great sense of balancing weapon placements and healthpacks.

Second would go to Spec Ops in MW2. I love the variety in mission types. The problem is that it's only 2 player only.

Third is Nazi Zombies. I like the mechanic of boarding up windows and doors, and upgrading weapons.

Last is Horde mode. At this point, it's pretty vanilla when it comes to features and variety, but its beauty is in its simplicity.

I haven't played Nazi zombies yet, but I've tried the other 3. I'm going to have to go with Spec Ops.

I would say Nazi Zombies because with friends it was the best survival thing I have ever played. Its also a big reason why people bought Cod 5.
