SPECAT Upgrade?

Ok, for Bad Company 2, theres an upgrade called the SPECAT upgrade, giving new uniforms and camos for the last gun in each class. Now, im not sure about other countries besides the U.S., but I've been watching the upgrade in the store since I got this game in the start of March. It has no date or price. Any news on it? Release date for the U.S.? Price? VIP or not? UGH! ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY. I NEEEEEED TO KNOW!!!!

i think i read somwhere it said 4/15/2010 and its the dr pepper promo but not 100% sure
