Speedlink Headset Adapter with Creative Fatality Headset

Hi, i bought the speedlink xbox 360 adapter http://www.powerdrive-computers.com/Gaming/Microsoft-Xbox-360/Cables-and-Adapters/sc1618/p627.aspx

i wished to use it with the creative fatality headset http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/creative_fatal1ty_review/ .

So problem is the mics working but i cant get the audio to come through the headset and i cant find it any where online or any setting on the xbox can someone help?
