nuh dude not pirate, i went to eb games and picked up my pre ordered copy today for xbox 360

I've been playing this game and can give you a few ideas of how it is.

This game is no more than a rental. The graphics are okay, but are not anywhere near next-gen. The gameplay concept is good. You unlock new cool moves as you increase your way through the game.

The story of the game is not necessarily the same as the movie Spiderman 3, it seems to be more of a background story.

I sincerely doubt Scorpion or Rhino will be in the movie Spiderman 3.

A local shop sometimes sells me games early so I get lucky like that.
