Splintercell and FF13, singularity

At my local video store they are selling splintercell conviction $24.99 FF13 for $39.99 and singularity for $24.99. I have $20 in credit there.

What would you say is the best value and also which would you recommened( i know there very different games)

I liked both Singularity and Splinter Cell a lot, I'd go with Splinter Cell

That's a great price for a great game in Singularity. And that's at least $10 too expensive for FF13.
