Hello,

I am a big fan of split screen co-op games.

I am trying to convince my mate to get a 360 so we can do a system link and have alot more choice for co-op play.

In the mean time, does anyone know any games that are upcoming that 2 people can play through a story line, split screen, co-op?

Just like Halo 1 & 2, Gears Of War, Perfect Darkness etc..

Halo 3 will.. but that's along wait!

Thank you.

Army of Two, but I don't know when that game is coming out. I think it is based on co operation so thats exactly what you would want :)

you and your friend can race on a huge island in Test drive: unlimited...or kill terrorists in Rainbow 6: vegas togther online or off. ...ghost recon advanced war fighter 1 and 2 also has good co-op.

Thanks, I look forward to Army of two and Kayne & Lynch, but you go months without hearing anything, so I guess they are a long way off.

Thanks, I;ll check out test drive.

I have got Rainbox 6, and Ghost recon 1 & 2. Problem is they are quite crap split screen. Rainbow Vegas has no story line, and Ghost recon completly changes, you can't take cover, you can't use your HUD and you can't see your gun! I hear online works okay though.

 Thanks

I don't really suggest TDU, it gets boring quickly, after having done each race type it will just be the same thing over and over.

I'll keep that in mind. Maybe that's a hiring game.

Split screen co-op is one of the single best things in gaming, it's what made Halo so good, does anyone know if Halo 3 DEFINATLY has split-screen co-op. Cheers

Gears Of War was great. Halo would be mad not to include it in round three.

It seems there is now a wave of games that are coming that are purpose built for co-op.

Any game that allow you to play the game two player as you would one player, has to be a winner.

Any other thoughts on current or upcoming games? I've bought and played;

Halo 1 & 2, Gears Of War, Perfect Darkness, Brothers In Arms, Splinter Cell - these were pefect.

Rainbow Vegas, Ghost Recon 1 & 2 - these were still co-op but not us good for various dulled down reasons.

Thanks

After showing my mate the trailer for Halo 3 and Assasins Creed back to back he has gone into shock and has agreed to get himself a 360, finally!

So, where could I find a list of co-op via a system link. I have the two TVs, the cable and two 360's. Now I just need to copies of the game.

Is systemlink considered 'online'?
