No guys, may 8th, the day Halo2 for Vista launches. Expect a midnight update because it enables compatabiltiy between games for windows (xbox live for windows) and the Xbox360.

i bet ya gears of war will be the same cuz thats coming out for pc. but gears of war i think the console gamers will win over the pc gamers. but halo 2 isnt one of those games that are gonna be cross platform is it???
Why will PC gamers win over console gamers? I doubt it.. Controller vs. Mouse + Keyboard is overrated. None of them is better, it's simply what you prefer to use, that one is better for yourself. Neither one of them is better overall.

I agree. I bought the keyboard and mouse attachment for the xbox, had the thing set up perfectly. I tried playing halo2 with it, I would barely respawn before I got my A** handed to me. People who play the game and are good at the regular controller will still pown noobs (even experienced fps players like myself) with keyboard and mouse.
Mouselook is much better than joystick look if you're used to it, it's faster and more precise by far. However, I prefer the comfort of a controller since I'm not a competative gamer and don't care about being killed.
I hope they can put in an option to seperate the the PC users and console users, because Quake3 on the Dreamcast was destroyed by bunny-hopping PC users who launched the poor DC users into the air with a rocket before railing them in the face before they even hit the ground.

You didnt have the keyboard and mouse for the dreamcast did you, it didnt help.
