Severe Disappointment!

I'm Unable to use private chat anymore, if i get invited and join, it just cuts straight out, same if I invite.

And what in the name of HELL were Microsoft thinking by making Windows Live Messenger unavailable to under 18 accounts!? Even if your account isint a child account anymore you still wont be able to use it, because the Xbox 360 can't rocodnise when they change! So why even make it unavailable in the first place? You don't need to be over 18 to use it on a pc!! LAZY MS!!!

nope cause ms doesnt track your age. so basically the only way to use msn if ure under 18 or registered to xbox live when u where under 18 is to make a new gt :(

Your first problem to me sounds like your NAT settings for your router changed.  Go to your System blade, Network settings and the select Test Connection.  The last think tested on the list will be your NAT, if it's set to Moderate or Strict, you need to change it to "Open"

You cold always tell them to shove off while you play a game on your game console and you will talk to them later. Or they can be sociable and if they really wanna talk to you, join you in game. But whatever, if you can consistantly instant message people and own people online, I give you props.

Yeah, I mean they only have it on their laptops, their desktops, their school computers, their cellphones. Why not add it to a console? I mean god forgive we have to actually use muscles to SPEAK to some one on the phone. Our gaming fingers will get weak in the time we have to speak. We must instant message them on a console, because we don't wannt get up off the couch and hop on the computer. Or pick up our cell phone. Instant messaging on a computer.....makes sense. A cell phone, not so much, but you can have it anywhere you go, you don't need to be right beside the computer. Makes a little sense. On a console...where you should be playing games, instead of forcibly taking up the television some one else could be enjoying by doing something useless that could be done elsewhere....makes no sense.

Didn't need to know?  Most people know it already... that's why I stopped playing Uno long ago.  That's not a joke that that happens, between sex and the formentioned act Uno isn't as much fun as it used to be. 

how would you message while playing anyway unless you get that stupid keyboard? what they should have done is have a feature where your voice chat is bundled as an audio file and played on your buddies msnRebornInFlames

or you know, you could plug in a 5 dollar usb keyboard and use that :\

thats all well and good but what if you dont have a pc or something like that. or maybe like me you have 360 siting right next to each other, but i dont like running them at the same time because it costs a fortune.

I have to agree, I'm 14 and if I want to use MSn messenger. Guess what I do, Get on the computer or hell, maybe even put up a phone, or even head to a person house.

After the update today my 360 sorta displays everything with a green tone! the dashboard and all games are as if being watched behind a green screen! but if i play videos from the hard disc everything goes back to normal! any ideas? is there a way to roll back to the previous dashboard version and re-update?
