Who here thinks that Lucasarts should make a Star Wars Battlefront for xbox 360? I think they should, it would look so much better and probably wouldn't glitch as much.
that would b wicked sick and i would buy it twice if i had to. On PS2 SWBF was most likely the game i spent the most time playing, it was so much fun to play w/ your friends and stuff. I never had the 1st one but put a ton of hours into. I have SWBF 2 for PS2 and SWBF2 and SWBF renegad squadron for PSP. Amazing game.
I think the company that makes SWBF is making LOTR Conquest which looks like a gr8 game simply b/c of the fact that it seems like SWBF
This is one of those games that I've been waiting for an announcement for, the first Battlefront is still something that I'll go back and play just because it's that good.

I actually haven't, but I've played enough splitscreen to get a good feel for it. A Battlefront 3 would almost be perfect with the amount of people that play online nowadays.
it would be cool if they can somehow manage to put 100 vs 100 players... but then it might require a dedicated server...so...nevermind. lol...a55a55inx

Speaking about Battlefront, my xbox just died. I pulled out my PS2 and found my old Battlefront 1 and 2. Put it in and was amazed about how I forgot how fun they were. Spent alot of time on those lately.

I did like the battle front games as they were quite fun, except the online play, it was just too laggy. A new one would be nice, but Conquest is doing something different without the whole SCI-FI thing.

Yeah I agree with the lag online, it made it not very addictive at all lol. But I guess we'll wait and see how this new Lord of the Rings game comes into play.
As long as it was better than the force unleashed and had good multiplayer and career modes I'd buy it for sure. The PS2 versions were amazing._LiquidFlame_
Yeah really, when I played force unleashed I thought to myself; WOW......lucasarts really ran out of good ideas. But battlefront has always been a great game for anyone whos played it.
I can't wait for STWB3 but Lord of the rings conquest will be very fun since its very similar so everyone should buy lotr conquest to tie them down till swbf3 comes out

yeah and Pandemic is making it too so it should pretty much be SWBF but w/ a LOTR theme. Maybe we will learn more about that at the VGAs tonight.
Nooo I seriously hope FreeRadical doesn't make BF3. Why would Lucas give it to anyone other then pandemic? BTW yes I love playing BF2 as a matter of fact I have it for PC and theres a mod that gives you all the maps from BF1 and like 6 different game modes and new character classes KOTOR like carth. Yeah if you have been itching for a new BF exp to hold you over I suggest you get it. Plus its like $9 for the PC game now and just about anycomputer can play it.

Because the developer responsible for the first 2 (I want to say Pandemic, but I could be wrong) has been shut down for a couple years now...

Rebellion (Alien Vs Predator, 007: From Russia With Love) was going to make a 3rd title, but it was cancelled unfortunately. Hopefully we will see a 3rd game someday, but Im not getting my hopes up.
