splinter cell 4 was a let down it had pure no killing stealth which is what nobody wanted i hated it if you killed someone your trust with one of the orginizations would go down and you werent suposed to do it anyway splinter cell 3 was fun you had to think about tactics and stuff id say its one of the best xbox games ever made sided with fable and someothers
In terms of mechanics and pacing SC3:Chaos Theory is one of the best ever.Of course there is the propaganda sh!t found in all TC games but the gameplay is excellent.If you are looking for a good story try any of the MGS games, or if you want a game about kinky assasinations try Hitman.
get an xbox copy of sc chaos theory if you havent already got it. bonafide stealth classic.
also i recommend picking up a copy of the xbox version of sc double agent. its like a completely different game from the 360 version and it retains the old stealth system from chaos theory. fans of chaos theory should definitely check it out

agreed. check out splinter cell series, hitman series, thief and tenchu. those are out now but look out for velvet assassin, hitman5, saboteur and the elusive splinter cell conviction
Deus Ex Human Revolution is the most recent stealth game to be released. For the most part the stealth genre doesnt exist anymore. Th best stealth games are older titles such as Splinter Cell, Theif, etc.
Btw those who mentioned Assassins Creed.... AC is more of an actiion game.
there is also Deus Ex, Siren Blood curse, Batman,Splintercell, Hitman, Assassin's Creed, Thief the dark project...

Finaly somebody mentions batman ! Plus batman's the only stealth game that actualy gets better once the baddies know you're there. Plus batman uses explosives in stealth levels, now thats hardcore predator sh!t right there.
