Ok I know there's an achievement called Disciple of the Creed, where you assassinate all targets with a full bar of health. I went through the game, killing my targets, but I only killed several of them with a full bar of health. Now, after I beat the game, I get the achievement. I'm not complaining, but has anyone else encountered this glitch?
Yep, I got it and I certainly didn't have full health every time or do all the investigations. I also got two other achievments just by falling into a crazy greyness through a wall and dying.
You get the achievement for completing all investigations/side quest.... you are however right, the achievment is glitched, you get it for just beating the game regardless of the DNA bar.
