Why don't you look around in the forum and see all the post about each game, read diffrent previews on each game and make up your own mind. How many times do we have to see someone asking whether to buy bioshock or another game. People just can't make their own decision nowadays huh.

I agree, they on this site for reviews and user reviews and to READ up about the game they want... yet they still come onto the forum and ask if they should by the game or not. This kinda reminds me off a quote i think we all know.... "A person chooses, a slave obeys" if your a person you should choose for yourself if you want to buy the game or not instead of asking us to tell you to or not.
Stranglehold is very fun and the multiplayer looks wicked but Bioshock has a fantastic story and no multiplayer. If you play MP most of the time then go with Stranglehold, but if youre like me and all your money goes towards the singleplayer and you think MP is just a bonus then go with Bioshock

Personally, I didn't enjoy the Bioshock demo at all. I couldn't get into it, and it wasn't that much fun to me (maybe because I knew it was just a demo and It would end soon), but anyway, it wasn't my cup of tea. So when I was at Best Buy on the 21st, I saw they had Bioshock in stock, so I decided on a whim to buy it... And I can tell you, the retail version is different from the demo, I don't know what it is... but it takes you over, I'm so into it now... and its really great, so don't always base your desisions on the demos, but my pick is Bioshock, its well worth the money.
Bioshock. People think the stranglehold multiplayer is cool its really not like why would you have like six people going around and killing each other in slow motion thats really boring. IF you want Stranglehold you can buy it it has a pretty good singleplayer. But if you like action/shooter/horror then buy BIOSHOCK!
That's a tough call! I am definately getting both. Bioshock is an amazing game and I just got it today, but I'm thinking Stranglehold if you only have the money for one game. It appears that it might have more replay value, which doesn't mean I don't plan on playing Bioshock a lot, because I do, but Stranglehold's missions seem like they'd be very fun just to keep playing again, on all difficulty modes, and the game has multiplayer.

bioshock hands down. Its worth the 60 bucks. Stranglehold is good fun but wait till its much cheaper. It's pretty much just like the PSP game chilli con carnage (i think theres a similar one on ps2 as well) so u wont be missing much. Bioshock is simply amazing.
BIOSHOCK. look at the reviews, its probably going to be game of the year. That for a reason you know. Oh yea my opionion, have yet to play teh stranglehold demo but the Bioshock demo blew my mind. It was amazing.
i definitely think that bioshock is the btter game with story, graphics, etc.   but i am getting both because i thought stranglehold was pretty awesome (demo)
I didn't say, "this topic sucks" so what are you talking about? I said with all the info about each game on here, especially about bioshock, why doesn't he just do research. I mean on top of forum when you first come into the xbox 360 forum board, there's about 50 pages dedicated to bioshock. Look in there and read up, you'll have an idea about buying bioshock.
or better yet, you want to know which one to buy, i'll help you out. Turn on your 360, go to marketplace, go to game demo's, download bioshock demo, download stranglehold demo. Problem solved.

How is it going to be game of the year (on Gamespot). Games have gotten higher reviews then Bioshock in 2007 (ie God of War II)
Bioshock. Great single player game, creative, great graphics, unbelievable sound, replayability.
I got bored of Stranglehold while playing the demo. Some of the stuff is really cool, and I like the setting and all, but the gameplay is repetitive, not very deep or good or anything and the game looks like a PS2 game.
hopefully this is a joke bioshock hands down stranglehold looks ok but bioshock is just better , play the demos and see which one you personally like more
