strategy for beating COD 4 on Veteran and MHC

What are methods you used to get passed COD 4 and how did you complete MHC on Veteran with only a minute. I got close like once so please anyone who completed COD 4 and MHC

for MHC i just threw flash bangs and rushed in and made it with 3 seconds left

i run and slash the dude in bath room run up the right side plane flash bank get on knees behind seat shoot every one move on you have to keep moveing and at the last part shoot dude with pistol if you low on time dont wait for the head, shoot legs then head

Just always push forward.

On MHC you don't have to kill everyone, utilize your flashbangs and run past stunned people.

It takes a few tries but you will get it
