I have my Xbox 360 connected to my STR-DG510 through fiber optic. For some reason i just wont get any sub woofer support out of it. When i play games on my PS3 or watch digital cable it's fine, ran level tests and all. Changed inputs to where the PS3 belonged, same thing. I know its not that cable because it was just working fine with the original reviever. Tried googling to see if anyone has had the same problem, found a new but no solutions, if anyone has any ideas, Please help,

Just tried out some new things. When i first start up the Xbox i hear the sub woofer, but when i go listen to music, or while im playing Mass Effect theres no sub woofer feedback. I remember playing CoD4 and sound system was just fine. Gonna continue on trying out some new things tomorrow, and further researching while at work.

It might just be the system you picked? If nothing returns, you could always return it.

i also have a str of some sort, and make sure that it has the little LFE, and the sub light is on, or where all the speakers are in squares, make sure the sw or what ever it is on yours is lit up
