Stuck in Assassin's Creed.

So basically the title says it all, i'm stuck in memory block 6. How i got stuck:

Well basically i did the Jerusalem part, went to the place where the war was happening, owned the incoming soldiers, talked to richard, owned Robert's soldiers, owned Robert, talked to Richard, then i saw the autosave after the talking, let it finish and then shut down the xbox360. Now what's happening is that when i start in the animus it shows the memory block not completed, when i go in there, i spawn near kingdom entrance next to a horse. I have the cannot access memory at the time wall preventing me going to the kingdom, and also, there's no richard or soldiers to be found who'd like to attack or who i could kill. If i try going out of the Animus, Vidic and Lucy both tell me to go back on it.

Since this is my third playthrough ( not because i like the story, just achievements ) i really want to get my only missing achievement Conversationalist, which i was about to get -_- . Now is there any way i could get it unstuck myself, or if not, which company should i bug about the stuckness, Ubisoft, or Microsoft ?

But I need to ask, what do you hvaew to do to unlock Conservationlsit (or however you spell it)?

My first time into the war torn path to Richard I had a similar block wall come up, but after running around for a few minutes it finally opened up.

I don't know what the hold up was, but try running around all the available area until something happens.

I am not in kingdom nor a town, i am in the small area where i fought Robert de Sable. THis is where i'm stuck @.

BTW, i've played this game through twice already, so i do know what i have to do normally etc.
