I've been playing for some time now, and I did some quests but here's my problem: Is it me or is there way too much to do? I get flooded with quests and some of which I can't do rigth away beacuse I'm in the prosses of doing one quest at a time and the game keeps doing it all the time.

Can someone tell me if I should do the main quest and worry later about side quest? (the million side quests to do lol)

i did alot of the side quests but most arent needed or worth it. some of the guild quests do give you really nice items though. doing all the quests are what make this game so huge. im over 100hrs into it and havent done too much of te main game.

Yeah that's another thing too, is that some long quests have very little payout but the smallers ones vary in awards.

Do your side quests, thats what I did and then I returned to the main quest after completing all the guilds and everything. Who cares if the pay out isn't that good, the quest are interesting and fun.

However, I get side tracked into another before I can complete

The one I am doing currently.

Stick with the quest, then. Stop getting sidetracked. That new quest you come upon mid-quest will still be available to do later on. There's never any hurry to do ANYTHING in this game, so just take your time and enjoy whatever the hell it is you decide to do, really. If you get side-tracked, whatever. The rewards in this game aren't that great often enough. Its mainly about the journey.

Stick with one quest at a time. I've gotten distracted so many times with all the damn quests I have currently.

Work through the guilds one at a time, that's what I would do. Go from fighters, to mages, to the dark brotherhood, to the thieves guild and complete them wholly one at a time. Don't jump around. It's easy to say you get side tracked but just don't. That's really all there is to say. Just DON'T get sidetracked. Return to the main quest line once you've completed all of the other guilds.

My favorite part of this game is that you can do whatever you want when you want to do it. One quest frustrating you? Don't worry about it and go do something else for a while.

Take your time and enjoy yourself, play the game however you want to.

Only thing to remember is that the item you get from quests level with you, so it'd be more advantageous to do say the Dark Brotherhood quests later for the bigger payoff of completing the same task.

Do them all.

The side-quests were my favorite part of the game.
