Im stuck on a quest for the mages guild called Necromancers Moon where i have to go to the top of a mountain and wait at an atler where black soul gems are made. i know what i have to do but when i get up there nothing happens i checked the journal and it says i have to wait for "the heavinly lights" or something like that any tips on this would be great help
