stupid settings and how do i change

ok, i havent been on xbl for a while and i just got the update...

and i wanted to downlad a couple demos, but it wont let me

it says the m rating is restricting em from getting the content... thus im bored

ive looked all around the dashboard, but cant seem to find how to change it

if you could tell me how i can change this, thanks
