how do i cancel a gold subscription? i went to my account management on the dashboard, then memeber ships but theres nothin there on cancelin a subscription...anyone know how?
If you paid for a month/year of Live with a credit card you will need to call MS to get them to stop billing you. If you used a prepaid card and entered a 25 digit code, then when your time is up it will expire and you will revert to a Silver account.
