Found this from badcartridge. Should be known by those who care.

-Toy Soldiers: Cold War" (Signal Studios/Microsoft Studios). Jump into the fray with playful '80s combat action in "Toy Soldiers: Cold War." Bring your favorite action toys to life and wage war against the red menace. Need backup? Call in a friend for co-op campaign action on the couch or over Xbox LIVE. Take a break from the main battle with Survival mode and playful minigames. When you beat your LIVE friends' scores, they'll be gunning to reclaim the top spot!"

-Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet" (Fuelcell/Microsoft Studios). This side-scrolling, 2-D, action-adventure game takes players on a journey through the curious Shadow Planet worlds, unique environments filled with twisted life, surreal ecologies, hostile creatures and environmental hazards. Players explore the depths of several interconnected themed areas, fighting swarms of enemies, battling bosses, solving mind-bending puzzles and acquiring power-ups to unlock new parts of the map.

-"Fruit Ninja Kinect" (Halfbrick/Microsoft Studios). The worldwide gaming phenomenon "Fruit Ninja" is now coming to Kinect for Xbox 360 in its juiciest form yet - YOU are the ninja! Your arms are now blades, and the battle against the world's most delicious produce is just beginning. "Fruit Ninja Kinect" is an amazing evolution of the slice-em-up genre created by Halfbrick, utilizing next-generation precision power for the juiciest combat ever!

-Bastion" (Supergiant Games/Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment). "Bastion" is an action role-playing experience that redefines storytelling in games, with a reactive narrator who marks your every move. Explore more than 40 lush hand-painted environments as you discover the secrets of the Calamity, a surreal catastrophe that shattered the world to pieces. Wield a huge arsenal of upgradeable weapons and battle savage beasts adapted to their new habitat. Finish the main story to unlock New Game Plus mode and continue your journey!

-"From Dust" (Ubisoft Montpellier/Ubisoft). Discover a unique Modern God game in which nature is the star. "From Dust" is the latest original concept by Eric Chahi, visionary creator of "Another World." Behold the beauty of a primitive world pulsing with life and face the might of nature. Beware the danger of a world that is constantly changing under your command. Control the destiny of a tribe struggling to survive and help it recover its ancestors' lost powers. Immerse yourself in a world as exotically beautiful as it is dangerous. A universe where nature reclaims what is hers and you are your people's only chance of survival.

Opinions anyone? I personally think this is a great lineup except for one thing. Fruit Ninja. Not only do I personally think that no one will buy this(its a damn kinect game), but with said game on the list, nobody will be able to take advantage of the "Buy 4 get 1 free" offer that is usually included for those who do not wish to buy the game. Half Minute Hero: Super Neo Climax Edition should have been on here in place of Fruit Ninja. Game needs more advertisement. Maybe Radiant Silvergun too, though that has yet to see a release date. Regardless, Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet has my eyes.

Sadly none of those really look like they fall in line with my tastes. Next XBLA games I'm watching are Ms. Splosion Man and Trials Evolution.

Out of those, I'm really looking forward to Bastion and From Dust. The narrator caught my attention in Bastion, not to mention Greg Kasavin making the jump from GS reviewer to game developer. I love the idea behind From Dust so I'll definitely be picking that up as well. I haven't seen much on Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet but the description sounds entertaining, have to check out the previews for it. The other two, I can't say as I have much interest in them. It's also nice to see I'm not the only one waiting on Radiant Silvergun, if not the summer hopefully they launch it in the upcoming holiday season.

I personally thought Splosion Man was a bit boring. Trials though, is worth keeping my eyes on.

Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, Toy Soldiers: Cold War, and From Dust look abosolutley brilliant. Looks like a promising Summer of Arcade...I only wish they released them in June!

From Dust and Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet for me for sure and probably Bastion as well. XBLA Summer of Arcade gives the goods, even if this is the least exciting to me since they started the Summer of Arcade.getyeryayasout
I cannot agree more.

I'm interested in Bastion and From Dust, and maybe Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, though I'll need to see and read more about it before I make my decision because I feel like I have enough 2D sidescrollers as is. What the hell is Fruit Ninja?

And a fun looking kinect game if its anything like the mobile version.

I swear some gamers try to hard to look like "hardcore gamers" that why come off looking arrogant instead. Oh no 1 kinect game in the list, fail microsoft your ignoring the hardcore gamer.

From Dust looks amazing. The only fear that I have with the game is that the game speed appears extremely fast paced which kind of takes away from the familiarity of the world you build when forests, lava flows, and earthquakes reshape the land.

I'm probably only picking up Bastion. Still waiting on release dates for Street Fighter 3: Third Strike and Radiant Silvergun. I think I'm more excited about the Summer Uprising the Indie game developers are having.

Only one I'll be getting right away is Fruit Ninja. Just bought the mobile version the other day on my WP7 and what a friggin' addictive game. I am pretty excited for its kinect release.

Otherwise I feel Trenched, and Mrs. Splosion Man were worthier titles for Summer of Arcade than some of the stuff they have on there.

Lol at the hate for Fruit Ninja. The mobile game is somehow more addictive than Plants vs Zombies :o. Dunno how it will be on Kinect but I've had tons of fun with it.
