when u check the status of your console does it tell you when theyve started repairing it becuase mines been at the service center for almost 2 weeks now

Supports just going to tell you when it was recieved and that you can expect it back in 4-6 weeks. Don't waste your time talking to that robot MAX!qball2k5

Perhaps where you live the contact is automated. For me in the UK they could answer much more read my posts above.
