suspended from live.. for no reason!!!

So I when to go on xbox live this morning just to find out that I was suspended till 1/19/07. The funny part is I haven't even played a game on live since this past Sunday. So, I proceeded to call xbox and was connected to a customer service agent. I ask her why I was suspend for 2 days and what the reason is. She placed me on hold for a while and eventually came back just to tell me, she can't find out the reason why I was suspended! I told her this is like getting a ticket from a cop with no reason. How can I get suspended for no reason? I pay 50 dollars a year just to get suspended from some laggy ass service! Xbox better get their s**t together!! I been a very loyal customer for over 3 years and psn is looking better everyday!!!

u think thats bad? the first week i ever had live i had a month trial, & i was playing nhl 2k7 online without even wearing a headset & i got banned, i phone MS & they told me apperently i was being "racist"......i was just about ready to chuck my 360 off my balconysteveslugga

Did you tell them you didn't have a Headset... they can't ban you without evidence... otherwise it is fraud because you are paying and not getting what you paid for...

some times things get ban on a addictidnt

it takes number of reportes to get ban or w/e

i report people when i be fightin people and there comeback is the same thing over and over

and sometimes i report people when they complet noobs

any thing else i dont care about

That's probably why I haven't been banned.. (We have alot of pull in the industry..)

kk people keep saying feed back its to tell you how much people like you or hate you for a reason so maby you can change yopr ways and learn something

its fileing a compleint then the complaint is looked at then the noob at microsft decides if you get ban
