I was playing Halo 3 recently and after killing a dude I tea baged him. The game ened and he got really pissed. Where do you stand on tea bagging? Is it a funny way to show your triumph over another, or is it complete disrespect to the player and a way to make you look imature?
I don't really play Halo 3 at all so I would not know but I think it is similar to "humping" in Gears. Their is nothing more satisfying to me when someone humps me or smoke tags me and I get up and own them. I think it is pretty immature, just kill em and be on your way.

depends on the game, some games have animations which make it absolutely hilarious while other times its not so great. as long as it doesn't get excessive or get in the way of teamwork its not too bad.
i have a friend who cannot shup up about teabagin every time he is in a game thats all you'll hear from him teabag teabag he also makes other things up like titybag he always talks about it and never shuts up about it

it is mostly immature and stupid but god help the moron who teabags me and then loses the game they will never hear the end of it. i love calling those idiots out. i played a game where a guy had 2 kills and 22 deaths and he tea bagged. he got slammed by my team for sucking so bad and still tea bagging.
I'm not the kinda guy to kick someone when they're down. Its a lack of class, IMHO. I don't really mind it when I see it happening in video games, its just not something I do.
The best tea bag type trick was in gears of war when the guy would go on his hands and knees, the everybody surrounds them, throws smoke and spins granades. Halarious when its the last person on the other team.
I think it's ok to do when you totally rape the other people with like a 15+ score. But i do find it stupid when someone kills you, and teabags you in the middle of the match.
Like the one time someone was tea bagging me, and then out of nowhere get's spartan lasered. I laughed so hard.
I dunno... I would never do it to strangers or over any competitive match on XBL, but if I was playing a LAN or with good friends, I'd do it in a second. Just fun to do it and look across the room and go "What now?". But then I still find it funny to get sniped by someone across the map doing it.
i usually just do it if someone else did it to me first, or if they're talking s*** the whole match, then they freak out and I laugh. I also like how there's an achievement in Shadowrun for tea-bagging people
I do it in player matches, in player matches I know the one's I kill, in ranked I don't even talk much, ppl tend to be a-holes in those. In gears however if a man falls... I grind them into pulp with my shotgun.. lol
its pretty darn immature, but if i am PO'd, then i will do it and yell ha, in your face! just to let the anger/energy out. (of course i unplug my headset for when i yell):p
ya in halo i get pretty damn pissed when they teabag so on purpose i hunt them down and show them what noobs they are. It's even better when u catch them in the act

It makes you look immature. Although, it's actually pretty funny at the same time...so both.
Also, it's something console players adopted from us PC veterans and tried to make it their own. Doesn't work that way.
It's for middle school gamers who are immature and a nuisance. I never t-bag, I respect the other team and never mutilate dead bodies, I'm not homosexual or a necrophiliac thank you very much.
T-bagging is great. it is so funny in any game outside of gears of war
on any other game it is just unexpected. like cod4, i killed somebody who had martydom and i not only T-bagged him but i survived. he saw that on the kill-cam and he remembered to t-bag me back. i laugh
or on saints row. i just own on that game, i dont need to T-bag. it took alot to stop my killing spree but not 1, not 2, but 3 people t-bagged me and it was just so random and un expected
