Have you even played half-life, or TF2, probably not. Don't talk unless you've played them, until then go back to your deathmatch

only online no split screen. I see why. You really need all of the screen to play. It's more fun

I just got O.B. and was wondering how good TF2 was. I haven't tried it yet and didn't know if the community is pretty cool to game with - hopefully not as bad as Halo 3 half the time. Just curious....SMASHED_ASPHALT

best online xbl community imo.....nothing but maturity, its great.

I did get to try it once since my last post but I was constantly getting killed due to the horrible lag (and being a newbie) and dumping ammo clips into my opponents before being "lag teleported" up stairs or around a corner so I couldn't finish killing anyone. I hope it improves on the lag because it did seem like a lot of fun.

I did get to try it once since my last post but I was constantly getting killed due to the horrible lag (and being a newbie) and dumping ammo clips into my opponents before being "lag teleported" up stairs or around a corner so I couldn't finish killing anyone. Yeah, there is too much lag in the game, so I stay in the first base (attack/defend)with the demoman class and with some engeniers team mates, and place all my mines in the spot. Now i just throw random granades to the enemy path and wait that a Spy tryes to get to the spot, when he does get there I just blow him up with the mines.

lol I try using the Spy but I always get smacked down right away even if I try to sneak behind the enemy team so it looks like I am coming from a spawn point heh heh oh well

The game is awesome and is the 2nd best online game the 360 has seen so far.

The gameplay is to complex for alot of people though (they will say they get owned by engineers and pyros all the time). It takes a good team and good tactics to do well in the game.

This is easily the most underrated game on the 360, just fantastic and alot of fun with friends.

AS for all this talk about lag..... the only time i see lag is in 16 player matches.. All the matches me and my friends play in are either 12 people or 14 people, never 16. And since we do that we never get any lagggy games (maybe 1 out of every 25 games ill see lag)

I think I was in a 16 player match. I will try a 12 or 14 and see how that works out. I appreciate the tips and it does seem to have a nice community.

Do you live in America? Because, in Europe, lag makes part of Xbox Live. Almost in every TF2 match there is lag, but from the good matches that I played, its a really fun game with a good cummunity. TF2 FTW!!!
