team fortress 2 update

ive heard the xbox will recieve the updates that the computer got, is this true? and when will this happen if so?

btw- these these text boxes are really laggy

We are actively working on a massive XBox 360 update, which will include pretty much everything we've shipped on the PC in the last year. We'll provide you with a rough date when we have one.Valve

There is an update coming, it would have been on live sooner if MS would have allowed valve to do it for free, but they woudlnt at first so it got delayed.

If the update is everything that is on the computer version, then thats alot of new weapons and additions for most of the classes, plus some new maps/modes. (I personally LOVE the engineer updates how you can upgrade your teleports and dispensers 2 level 3 now).

To tell you the truth i don't believe it. Until i see it i wont believe it. They can't even give us a patch to stop the glitchers. I used to believe that eventually we'd get one but seriously TF2 on the xbox 360 is almost unplayable. You either get laggy games,connection interrupted,hackers,or glitchers. Maybe one out of five games is different but overall it's just becoming tiresome. TF2 was my favorite multiplayer game but i'm buying a whole new system just for a game like it so i wont have to deal with Valves false promises.craigalan23

I own the game on both pc and 360 and its almost liek two totally differnt games man. Still a good game on 360, but its just 100times better on pc.

Valve doesnt have the flexibilty on xboxlive like it does on pc it seems. The last announcement for l4d did say the 360 update for TF2 is coming soon though, so lets hope 360 owners get it asap.

Ive honestly never seen a company support a game so well as TF2 on PC. Its like a whole new game with all the updates to gameplay stuff,classes and server stuff.

I tried but my computer's like 6 years old,i'd have to rebuy The orange box,and a wired controller(I suck at keyboard and mouse). If i had the money i'd easily buy a new computer for rts games and a few shooters.

Although you can do as i did, and buy Team Fortress2 separte for 15$ for pc if ya do get a new pc sometime :P

Although you can do as i did, and buy Team Fortress2 separte for 15$ for pc :P

I can barely run the Sims 2 lol. My computer's too old to run TF2 it looked horrible and it was laggy. At least 6 years old.
