for those of you with the Orange Box, i am trying to get the terminal velocity acheivement where you have to fall 30,000 feet and my current stratedgy is to open a portal in the ceiling then open one in the floor and fall through until i get it but i don't know if that's what i am supposed to do. does anyone know how to get this acheivement?

That's how you do it, just set up the portals and then go take a dump or something. It takes a few minuts.
Also make sure you're in the center and your gun is facing the long part of the portal. Otherwise it can turn you enough so you land which sucks. Happened to me.
