Without the mouse and keyboard for TF2, it just isn't good.. Its too much of a fast paced game.. Lesser people per game can play it.. And it has none of the updates.sSubZerOoim fine with CTF matches on 2fort, but i would like to see some update, and i don't think the controls are bad

If you're looking for people who are into the game, try the Orange Box forum here.

Yeah...Team Fortress and every other shooter out there. :|
I tried it when OB first came to 360 and the lag was horrible. So I went back to my PC version. Did they fix the lag problems?dlindenb2000
Team Fortress has player hosts. The only way all of them are laggy is if you're connecting from the moon or you're on a 56k modem. There is no lag problem, and there never has been.
i bought that game like a year ago. and i could never find any matches. and when i did it was just 3 ppl. so im surprised ppl are still playing it
The TF2 community on Xbox was never exactly strong I'm afraidEssianStrong enough to find a game at any hour of the day and any map that I wanted for nearly two years.. I bet I will find a game on every type of map right now and that's only counting player matches.
Good, it deserves to.
It's community is full of hosts who just ban classes because they're too stupid to counter it and if you try hosting a match that isn't 2Fort you'll sit there until you rot.
Just get more friends that can host it really isn't an issue. I played plenty of non-2fort games with Palantas and we had full rooms more than half of the time.Good, it deserves to.

Regarding the number of people playing, I thought I'd test this...

I started up my Xbox, put in Team Fortress, and hosted a 12-player Well. By the end of setup time, I'd filled all but one slot. A couple minutes ago, I finished the game. It took longer for my Xbox to boot and The Orange Box to start than it did to fill a game.

So it seems people actually got bored of 2Fort 24/7, that's cool.
