Sure i know there will be people coming in here saying IT IS TEH SUCKORZ cuz its turn based figthing in an RPG. But... the graphics look like they are outta a pixar movie, i think they did a great job with the art here, also the tons of magic you can use is sweet! Also ive heard from my buddy in japan that its a fairly long rpg and has a great story and some of hte best characters. Cant wait for this game! Loved the demo and have the full game pre=ordered! The demo reminded me of a combantion of "Wild Arms" and Final Fantasy 7... cant wait!! This rpg looks to bring back some good memories of when i was younger and would just get totally pulled into an RPG and its story/characters! Yee yeee! :D

Good time to be a RPG fan and have a 360 for the upcoming months!!! Mass Effect, Blue Dragon, Sonata, Lost O, cant wait!

Well, i enjoyed KOTOR's turn based fighting a lot but I couldn't stand Blue Dragon, i guess i'm not into JRPGs. Waiting for Mass Effect!

i love all sorts of RPGs but unlike many here in gamespot, i did not like oblivion, it was shallow on every aspect, but it had many aspects to counter that, then some would say ii dont have the patience for a game like that lol lol lol. thats real funny. for ive played games like myst and riven, and the first final fantasy and dragon warrior, oblivion is one of the more over-rated titles this gen.

but i cant wait for blue dragon, Lost o, eternal sonata, mass effect, and whatnot.

I wanted to like it but there was just something that was keeping me from getting into it. Maybe I've played too many western RPGS to get into their japanese counter part. Oh well... Mass Effect FTW!!

I don't think RPG's should have demos as they really don't give a good feel of what the game is supposed to feel like.(story wise) After having played both the Blue Dragon and Eternal Sonata demos, I wasn't very satisfied at all. The only thing I did get from them was in how the battle systems worked. To that end, I was satisfied.

Blue Dragon's battle system seemed really bland on the surface but after spending some time with it I grew to like it. I enjoyed being able to customize my skills, spells and shadows. My only fear is that there may be far too many encounters and some of the fights may be a little longer than necessary.

My gut feeling tells me to wait for the price to go down on BD,and I think Eternal Sonata will be the better game.

I completely agree with that feeling, I just think that Eternal Sonata, for one reason or another, feels like the better game. Still, Blue Dragon should be a good rental.

Yeah i don't have a decent turn-based RPG for my 360 yet so this willl definatly be a pick-up. I only played the demo for a couple of minutes though because i didn't want the animation of the cool moves and i didn't want bosses to be spoiled for me. I also need a game to keep me occupied until at least september 25 and more likely into november. And this game is 60 hours long so i can't wait.

This game is brilliant. The graphics are detailed and very polished, and the gameplay is perfect. Blue Dragon is a must-buy for every Xbox 360 owner.

I agree that it's hard for a JRPG demo to show off the game. JRPGs are very heavy in story. I liked the ability to encircle multiple enemies. I was surprised that you don't need to fight the same enemies as you automatically kill them when you bump into them in the world.

Famitsu gave it a 10,9,9,9. It's safe to say that it is excellent.
