(obviously) wen I was playing some game online some guy said, "dreaded red, like, Red Ring Of Death? and I said thats not what it means. i dont really know what it means. it could mean blood, but my dad called me that once and it stuck. or i could be that I have red hair ( go ahead, laugh, but im not a typical ginger kid).
I was gonna say that but i didnt want to offend the guy. i should have just called back and hopefully get an english person. If Im gonna say things twice I would have liked to be able to understand my suppot guy lol
Lol. It's sad music knowing that something has gone and messed up your 360. I had to deal with it 4 times.... which is when I sold my 360. I still have the game or two, and I'm going to buy it when another more advanced model is released, one that won't die from RROD every 2 seconds like the others I had.
I called before, couldn't understand the paki, I had to ask for someone who speaks english. I got a supervisor who didn't know jack all.CoreyNT
I hate when this happens. It's like when I dial customer service in America why should I have to press one for English? I shouldn't have to press a GD thing for English. If you want to live here, speak english. At least have the decency to take ESL. At my college it is a Gen Ed requirement to take a foreign language, but it's not a requirement to speak english and live in America?
Back to the topic...these stupid customer service companies save money by paying hadji's $2 an hour to answer the phone. Most of them hope we will get so frustrated with the lack of communication that we will hang up and they won't have to deal with our "problem." I think asking for someone who speaks english was a good idea,even if he didn't know jack. At least you could tell that he didn't know jack instead of having to assume he didn't because you couldn't understand him.
when i called i was angry and the halo theme played for me......and almost everytime you'll get an indian guy to respond because is cheaper to hire them, here in mexico everytime i call an argentinian guy answers, (im from mexico by the way) and althought both speak spanish, i dont understand their accent
