I called before, couldn't understand the paki, I had to ask for someone who speaks english. I got a supervisor who didn't know jack all.CoreyNT
I hate when this happens. It's like when I dial customer service in America why should I have to press one for English? I shouldn't have to press a GD thing for English. If you want to live here, speak english. At least have the decency to take ESL. At my college it is a Gen Ed requirement to take a foreign language, but it's not a requirement to speak english and live in America?
Back to the topic...these stupid customer service companies save money by paying hadji's $2 an hour to answer the phone. Most of them hope we will get so frustrated with the lack of communication that we will hang up and they won't have to deal with our "problem." I think asking for someone who speaks english was a good idea,even if he didn't know jack. At least you could tell that he didn't know jack instead of having to assume he didn't because you couldn't understand him.
