The #1 reason you got your 360

I dont have one yet but I want one only for Halo:D

Back then my computer was complete crap, so I bought it mostly for Call of Duty 2. That and Perfect Dark Zero.

in 2007 for Splinter Cell Conviction....still waiting....lol

Because i went to wait in line for a PS3 an entire 48 hours before they launched and there was already 100 or more people in line at a store that only got 15 consoles.

I was like **** that and i walked over to the electronics department and got a 360 instead. Had i been able to get a PS3 i probably still wouldnt own a 360.

( i finally got a PS3 about 4 months later ).

I originally bought my 360 for Resi 5... but now, in retrospect... I bought it for SF4 and XBLA.

Imust add, that I'mvery much looking forward to "wet" tomorrow and"Splinter Cell :Conviction" when it finally arrives.

All the great games that where coming out for it.

Because its the only good game console lol

Mass Effect, a $50 gift card,and it was cheaper than a PS3. And I was tired of only have one current-gen system that for the most part only collects dust.

I got mine for all the great games coming out on it, I was already a big Xbox gamer so naturally I wanted a 360. The main games I wanted were Call of Duty 2 and Perfect Dark Zero.

Xbox Live... and the overall focus on the community

mainly got it just to have the new system, but also for gears of war and cod2

number 1 reason i got my xbox 360 elite 8) is that it has better games and can be easily connected with any pc monitor . I can play 720p hd games on my lcd monitor without shelling out ridiculous amount of money on hdtvs. Buying ps3 is a perfect recipe of sony's notorious plans of selling their terrible products . First i bought ps3 which was not so acttractive for me but now my baby xbox 360 is giving everything i always wanted .

So, I can connect my 360 to ANY LCD monitor?! i got a lovely 22" one going to waste on WoW... how do you do it? what would i need?!

I got it because it was the first next gen console to come out...I kept it because it was the best.

Xbox Live, cheaper than PS3 at time and out first.

Because the 360was where the games were at.

Made it an even easier choice looking at the PS3's absurdly high price tag at the time.

I loved the original xbox so I went with a 360 over a PS3. Also so that I could play Oblivion.

I bought mine for Halo 3 and better online multiplayer features on Xbox live. Currently not playing Halo3 much, playing Gears of War 2 a lot.

I got the Resident Evil 5 bundle with the red system. Just rediscovering RE5 after letting it sit since beating it for the first time.

Gears of War 1 Me and my bro love playing co-op games and we were sooo hyped for that. It met my expectations too (Im not ridiculously unrealistic with my hyped games like some).

Halo 3. Simple as that.

I got tired of the PS2.

i heard on the radio that the price had dropped to 180 pounds.... it hadnt... but i was at the shops so i though what the hell and got one anyway, a few months later it dropped to 180 -.-

I got a extremely good discount on it when I purchased my Samsung Plasma HDTV. Also helped that I had been waiting & waiting for GRAW, then the PS2 version was absolutely pathetic.

Couldn't find a wii at the time. Had better exclusives at the time I bought it. Much cheaper as well.
