are the most disrespectful scumbags i've ever meet on live, here i am minding my business and i say ONE word. and they just hit me with a barrage of racial things. they toldme i was trash, i should be lynched, that im on welfare, and of course they called me a **** a million times.

im seriously gonna try everything inmy power to get them banned from xbox live forever because people like them ruin the community. one of em said you know 80% of xbox live is racist...im just repulsed by this..seriously. its like im mad and i feel sorry for them at the same time. and yes this just happened.

and i told them that i was gonna put there names out there and they said they dont give a d.a.m.n if i do so here they are. tomorrow im gonna call microsoft and see if i can do anything else because that was just completely uneccesarry. o and there clan or w/e website is

People like that are always on Xbox Live. Most of them are cowards, because they are hiding behind their TV's, feeling safe. They say what they want because what are the odds of meeting that player in real life.

see the thing is i just got shadowrun and its really fun and all. but now i dont wanna play it anymore just like i did with halo 2 because the community on them games got WAAAAYYYY to racist for me. and now im feed up with it. i've been on xbox live for a good 3 years and i meet some people who said some crazy things. but this right here just took the cake ALL OF IT.

i might not be on live for a couple of days...cause im heated right now and i need to calm down. usually i dont get this angry but im going to drag these guys names all in the mud..i gotta put em out on ign next.

I was lucky not to meet those guys....however during my 2 months live trial i used to get racist comments playing GEOW....it's so damn annoying! since my gamertag looks kinda weird, people inmediatly thought i was korean or chinese (they were so wrong, cause my gamertag means mexican in japanese) however, after checking my gamercard they would start saying racist things to me...and i was so frustated cause i didn't have a mic to defend myself lol

Yea man your going to hear it all the time. It is a shame that people can just start calling you nams on a game. But I also cant yell to much because I get a little frustrated sometimes myself and start cussing and stuff. Your just going to have to get used to it i guess. Good luck.HoovenWannabe

Well not really. This is the exact reason why I ONLY play with people on my friends list. So I dont have to listen to garbage like that from people who can only chant racist and bigot related words. It tends to allude to their intelligence level. In any event, sorry that you had to go through that. Its far more respectfull people on live than the bigots that can try and ruin your experience. ;)

well to tell the beginning of the story they were talking crap to this other dude. and i was like whoa, and it went from there. and then they didnt even wanna hear me out. i was like why are you guys so racist..i mean for what. and yet they continued to hit me with racial stuff...and then they betrayed me and after the match, they voted to kick me out.

you can do that in shadowrun in the middle of the match...

I guess you're right! But i think that would be a good way to teach them a lesson...i mean they thought i didn't spoke english just because i'm mexican. anyways, it's better to ignore them, otherwise i would become one of them.

I would definitely sign up on a thread like that. I have had some bad experiences on Xbox live and it would be nice to be able to play with people who just want to have a good time and be cool with each other. There is a union that I am a member of on gamespot called Rated M for Mature and it is basically a union of people who just want to play and have some fun on Xbox live, I am not sure how active it is though, but I have got a couple friends from the union on Xbox live and they are pretty cool.

xbox live is filled with racist i dont know why. you would think everyone one could get along to play a game than probably never talk to someone again but the awnswer is no

Does anyone else realize how frequest these posts are? Why don't people realize that this is a real issue. Racism in online gaming is something that people SHOULD NOT have to deal with, no If's And's or But's about it. Playing online should be an enjoyable experience. There really needs to be research done to do some kind of voice monitoring to provide more accurate records of those racist people using racial slurrs, so that when they do use those words, the system can automatically ban them... This is a shame and it has to stop at some point.

And to all those who say that it isn't a big deal, or to just "mute the person" or "its just how it is", well I question your integrity as a human being because apparently you are finding some kind of sympothy for racists and those who use racial slurrs. Meaning you in yourself, unconsciously (or even consciously), support racism. check your priorities people.

1. It's a video game, so just shut them out as you'll never hear them again.

2. It doesn't matter, anyone is a BA behind their TV.
