I'm guessing you tried countless times to use the A cog scope in multiplayer but got owned everytime while you threw your controller on the couch, tears falling down your face to only realize from the voice of another team member saying "you suck with acog" It came, and you never touched it again.
It is a riflescope favored in a lot of tactical and military applications. It is sort of like the Sniper scope for mid-range rifles. In the game I would imagine it mimicks the same idea.

that is true i dont do so well with the acog that is exactly why i am saying that it sucks. dont get me wrong i get 3 and above in most of the matches

works really well with the M16 on the missile silo level. It's great in mid range combat and more open levels. But for most levels I just stick with the red dot.
