The Ballad of *** Tony release countdown... valid?

I came across this TBoGT release countdown in the GTA forums, and according to its time, the DLC will be released at 12 AM PDT (which confirms my previous theory regarding the release time of the DLC). Do you guys think it's accurate? I really hope so. It seems like it is.

Another source; this time, it's Rockstar themselves. Yup; I think that release time is correct.

It's up guys; I started downloading it almost two hours ago. If you looked in the Marketplace on the Xbox.com site, you would have seen it there.
