Im a fan of most all FPShooters, that's the main reason I got a 360.
I almost voted for the Far Cry because I'm playing through the first game again and having a great time but... Rainbow Six is much better looking, deeper, strategic ect.
I still enjoyed Quake, Prey, and PDZ though. I don't have FEAR yet, but it's my next purchase.
I voted for other because you didn't specify single or multiplayer.
For multiplayer I enjoy Far Cry Instincts Predator the most. While I have every FPS game and they generally are all fun in different ways, Far Cry has a busy community of great people. You'll always find great new maps to play on, fun and serious players and traditional shooting fun with a dash of uniqueness thanks to the Predator power-ups.
Does Rainbow Six even COUNT as an FPS? If it does, by all means. If it doesn't, count it anyway. I'd give that game the top of the list for any list that didn't include Oblivion.
Oh, and Quake II gets second place... no, that's not a typo. Quake II.
And whoever said it, yes I think PDZ IS a love-it-or-hate-it game. I hated it.
Nice one!! LOL. Naw just kidding, I had fun with the game when it was the only FPS for the 360 besides Quake 4, but now it just pales. It would be decent if the controls weren't so bad, in my opinion. I'll go with Vegas simply for the multiplayer. Fear would probably be the best single player just for the amazingly intense firefights, I'm basing that on the PC version though.
