I am not biased. I own Wii only. I think Halo 3 will be the best game this year. In fact, the best game ever until something else comes out to surpass it. It's the only game that promises 4 player cooperative mode, online play, and a meaty campaign to blow through. This game has the most effort put into it out of all games being made this year. And it's a sequel to a very popular game, adding more guns and explosives, guaranteeing it's instant rise to the top.
Atm Bioshock,yes it comes out the 21st I know but the only game that I thought was decent so far this year for the 360 and other consoles was Crackdown.
I think Call of Duty 4 will be the best game (or FPS) this year. If you say Halo 3 will be better than COD, you haven't seen the gameplay videos and read about it.
Sweet and sour Jesus, this is probably the most high-profile year in the last five years of games. Bigger than 2004, even. I don't think I can definitively answer, but I'm banking on Bioshock, Assassin's Creed, or Mass Effect to bring in the Game of the Year this year. As much as I'm looking forward to those games, though, I'm hoping some obscure game comes out of nowhere and totally takes everyone by surprise.
