Well, the one that best exploits the "M" rating would have to Saint's Row.

But for best game, I can't choose cause Gears of War is good, but it gets boring.

Gears and Double agent. I hated the double agent story line, but the gameplay is always fun

Well, Rainbow Six Vegas is rated M, but I don't think its coming to the ps3 for a long time or so, so that seems to be a good choice

Agreed... also agree that Friday is a frickin' hilarious movie.

As much as Rainbow Six Vegas could arguably edge out Gears in a few areas, Gears has accessibility. It's very pick-up-and-play friendly, whereas Rainbow Six can be tryingly difficult. So in a general sense, I'd probably say Gears...

Oh wait a minute, Oblivion is now M-rated. Yeah Oblivion. Forget Gears.

Gears and Oblivion deserve the hype, but don't forget about Condemned.  That game was excellent, it was an exclusive, and it was a launch title.
