is it fps and is it like man hunt
There's a few guns to use but the weapons are mostly melee. Haven't played Manhunt.

Condemned: Criminal Origins. Don't say its not a FPS... its first-person and it has shooting in it, it wins.

what about blood shoot
[QUOTE="pete_merlin"]
fear had its moments

how was it scary for me I hated when you are playing a game and the enemies jump at you with out you knowing
i would have to say dead space is a really scary game..and bio shock is more creepy than scary (first one is a little scarier) i think the winner would be condemned tho from what i hear about that gamevolcomstoner180
how good is dead space and is the game long
Bloodshot was a great game but it wasn't nearly as frightening and creepy as the first. It definitely had its moments though.[QUOTE="jamejame"]

Fallout 3 was actually scary at time, I can't really explain the scary part of that game but I would find in my travals a lot of creepy places and sometimes my heart would pound, like the first time I heard that kid in that cave on that one DLC that I can't place the name of, you know, Point something, ah, I forget.

Fear 1 by far, Fear 2 was nothing.
gangstafc
how come
I'm not the one who posted it, but I fully agree with jad206. Fear 2 recycled scares a lot more, the AI was greatlydumbed down, the graphics were actually worse, and a decent amount of the game was outdoors, getting rid of the claustrophobic sense you get in the first one. Not only was Alma scary in the first one, but the environment and even the enemies were scary in their own way. Whether it was a shadow or just me bumping into something, causing it to crash to the ground behind me, I was always on the edge of my seat. The enemies were mostlyrun-of-the-mill, but their AI was so great(I'd still say it's the best AI I've ever seen in a game) that it made them seem so much more powerful. I'd say FEAR 2 was about as scary as a Lego game.
As far as other games, I'd say Condemned is probably the scariest game on 360. The fact that it relies primarily on melee makes it that much more intense, as the majority of the combat takes place within 5 feet of your face. Condemned 2 was good, but I think it relied on guns a little bit too much compared to the first. That and the story isn't as great as the first one's.
Bioshock wasn't scary in itself, but it has a few moments that could really make you nervous when a splicer could come running out of nowhere straight at you. I can't comment on the second one as I'm still currently playing it.
Dead Space was also a very good game, though not as scary as FEAR and Condemned. But it is a TPS.
[QUOTE="orb_03_2006"]While Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 were amazing, they didn't frighten me. Bioshock was an amazing game. Not scary, but very creepy. I say Bioshock.gangstafc
i think bioshock 2 is more scary and creepy but 1 is creepy
I didnt find Bioshock 2 to scary or creepy at all. I thought the first was by far creepier.
See here, thread creator, I voted for Alien Versus Predator. I'm talking about the original Alien Versus Predator, though. At the time that game out, there was nothing like it. The darkness, the setting, the fact that it was the first shooter I ever remember where the enemies were faster than you.
Now, if you were talking just 360 games, I'd vote for FEAR. Bioshock never scared me; it intrigued me. Left 4 Dead I never found to be scary at all. It was a tactical, teamwork, and leadership challenge; never scary.

What about the part where you go to the dentist office and turn around and he's right in your face? I almost crapped myself...

I'm not trying to be blasé, Robbo, but I really don't remember that part. If I don't remember it, then it didn't make a lasting impression.
EDIT: And my history says I last played Bioshock on 9 Dec 09, so it's not like it's been forever since I played it. Got my Brass Balls on that playthrough. :)

Very nice, maybe you just didn't go into that room? Because it's completely optional and I didn't go there until my third playthough, and it is in my opinion the most memorable moment in the game. :P
Condemned: Criminal OriginsRoslindaleOneGonna go with this one, scared the hell out of me at times.
