The Call of Duty 4 thread - All discussion here, please

Well, another monumental game is upon us, and once again, we need a sticky to help prevent flooding. For those of you that don't like the sticky, I refer you to the Call of Duty 4 (X360) forum

I agree with the toss up point, I will be choosing between Halo and CoD but will be waiting 2 more weeks before I get CoD so I'll get to see what you guys think before I play it. Gave the demo a test run on my computer and it was fun. Really cool getting the pistol out and taking guys down.

Anyone hear anything about how many different weapons will be in the game or what the multiplayer modes will consist of?

I got to play the Halo 3 beata and was impressed

I did not get to play the cod 4 beata

But I have been very impressed on every ting I have seen so far.

Did the game get pushed back or something? I was calling around to my local stores (walmart, gamestop,bestbuy). Apparently my area doesn't get the game until the 6th. But, what is just one more day. :PSavageM2

No, "release dates" are almost ALWAYS ship dates, meaning that places get their shipments the day after "release day".

no alot of gamesites put the shipping day but it takes a day to ship so it comes a day later as you said

Can someone please help me with an achievement? Im playing through the 2nd level and im trying to get the "4 of a Kind" achievement which is getting 4 HEAD SHOTS IN A ROW and i know ive got them in a row and im 99% sure there head shots, can someone give me some help as to how they done it?jchaff

Hey does the kills have to be in a certain amount of time? Or does it Matter

Gamespot will give Call of Duty 4 a 9.5

Why? Because it's the highest score Gamespot will give.

Yes this game deserves better because it is by far better than Halo 3.
