I took advantage of an Amazon sale where you buy Bioshock and get The Darkness free, but my question is should I keep The Darkness or should I exchange it for something else? I just got a 360 and the only games I have are R6: Vegas, Fight Night, NBA 2K8, Call Of Duty 4, and now BioShock and The Darkness. I have too many shooters. Which game should I trade it in for? I'm leaning towards Mass Effect cause I hear it's IMMENSE and will keep me busy for hours.

Also, do you think places like Wal-Mart and Target will exchange the game for another one if it's still in the original shrink wrap and has never been opened?

Mass Effect. Although try out The Darkness demo, its brilliant. Great atmosphere and stuff, but it seems like it may get repetetive, nevertheless, seems like a great game, but mass effect is just amazing.

Idk know how much you would get for it but if you don't you'll have a good time with it. Even though when I rented it many people didn't play online so only a few people would be on so if you don't want to play the mp then you should be good. If you can you should trade up for Mass Effect or Assassin's Creed.

Wouldn't Target or Wal-Mart take it for exchange straight up since it's unopened and sealed in the original shrinkwrap? I can just say it was given to me as a gift but I already had it and wanted to exchange it for something else.

To add variety, I would keep Mass Effect although I've never played it. I have the Darkness and it's pretty good but it's another shooter and as you said, you have enough of those.

I may be incorrect, but I think Walmart will give you the current retail value. So, The Darkness may be less than $60.

After checking Walmart.com, it looks to be a $3 difference. I would go with Mass Effect.

Mass Effect easily the Darkness is ok but can be finished in a day or two of casual playing.(I rented it and beat it)

Now Mass Effect is just the best single player experience IMO since Legend of zelda orcina of time. And the darknesses multi

doesnt work.

Mass Effect look at any other gaming website and it has an excellent review!!!!! My personal favorite game do to the action and story being so well done. It is an insult that you could compare these two games..... mass effect is better then any 9+ game on gamespot on the xbox360. If you have ever played an fps and rpg then get mass effect. If you have only played fps then get darkness. Though still maybe get mass effect even if you hate rpgs, it will most likely change your mind :)

Comparing Mass Effect to the The Darkness is like comparing the Atlantic ocean to a mud puddle.

If you HAVE to choose, get Mass Effect, hopefully you like the genre yet it appeals to more than just RPGers. The Darkness was brutally awesome and fun, but over too quickly and no replay-ability. So for you sir, I suggest Mass Effect (who wouldnt like grenades that hover?), enjoy.
