I know Two Worlds isn't out yet, but for those who played and beat The Darkness, do you really think it was worth spending $60? I'm just having trouble deciding which game i should get sincethey both look promising.

How do you know it is a mediocre game?
It's been out on PC for months in another country, and you can download it online. They have released patches to address most problems that were in it, but it still isn't that great.

I still think Two Worlds will be a great game. I think you should wait and see what Two Worlds has to offer before you make a decision.
I thought the developers said they were fixing all the bugs and glitches for the US release. And wasn't the game which was realeased in Germany a beta test or something?
The Darkness is awesome. Honestly though, why don't you just rent it. If you have a hollywood video or a blockbuster you can rent it for like 7 bucks, or you could pay like 20 and get unlimited rentals for a month. Rent them both when Two Worlds is out and decide which one you like more. I just started playing the darkness and it is seriously fantastic. But I love games like Oblivion. I borrowed oblvion and like it so much I bought it. You should see if any of your friends have it and borrow it or rent it. If you like it enough to buy then there you go man. It's the safest bet.

Yeah, you're right, I was lying. The game cost me $63.59, it's a good thing I keep my receipts -6.000% State Tax. - Maybe you don't know where you live after all.
