the Darkness vs Overlord vs Hour of Victory, whichone are you buying?

The Darkness...Hour of Victory sucks.

I might not buy any of them but Overlord looks great, I'll definatly pick that one up someday. I think it might even suprise in how good it is. And form the tittles you mention Overlord will probably last you the longest and the humor is great according to many reviews, which is a rare quallity for an game.

i thought so, cuz i remember hearing interviews where they spoke about it.
so i became all confused.

i'll probably get the darkness and overlord, but if i had to choose between the two, i'd get the darkness, that game looks sweet

Ah Forza2 or Dirt would be my suggestion.

I already have the darkness fully paid for being a fan of the comics i know it will be great.

Overloard looks good too but it will be a cold, cold....COLD day in He77 b4 i go near hour of victory. my 360's still crying from the demo.

IGN finished Overlord in 15 hours, plus the multiplayer is weak. In this regard I think The Darkness would be the longest-lasting game, Hour of Victory being the shortest at 3.5 minutes before it gets thrown out the window.

The Darkness looks interesting and Starbreeze had a great game in Riddick, But that's just one game and 1/1 doesn't say much.. Every developer has at least one great game under their belts. so i'm waiting for a demo or reviews ..

Overlord, Fun , Funny, and original... unfortunately my wife has put a limit on how many games a year i can buy.. (don't get married kids) and seeing as she just got me the Force feedback wheel (talk about mixed signals) my next few purchases will be racing games.. that said i'll probably rent it or purchase it next year whilst digging through bargain bins..

I agree, man that game sucked A%%!!! Overlord was okay. By okay i mean like a 5 out of 10. Havent played darkenss yet, but there is no way it could be worse than hour of victory.(I hope) Im not really one to specualte, I like renting before i buy!

You are wrong. They also developed Knights of the Temple and Enclave. They werent good games but got a fair score.

im buying the darkness this month and ill probably buy overlord next month. Hour of victory im definetly not buying because it was terrible, it felt like i was playing the outfit but in first person.

Darkness for sure. I saw the developers walkthough parts 1 and 2 on gametrailers.com and it looks sick. There are TV's placed strategically throughout the game that play whole movies. The developer mentioned Nosferatu as one of the movies that plays. The game looks insane.
