Is it worth getting? I played the demo and loved it, but I don't know if the game is worth the buy. Does the idea of ripping peoples' hearts out and hiding in the shadows stay fun? And is the multiplayer as bad as all the reviews say?

I'd say it's worth a rental, not a game I would buy. The game was definitely fun all the way through and definitely worth playing, but I had no desire to go back and replay it once I finished it the first time. Can't say anything about the multiplayer portion since I didn't play it.

Just a rent; a fantastic game but not one you're likely to come back to

Its probably cheap right now so I would say go get it. It has one of the best single player experiences on the 360 and goes overlooked many times. The multiplayer is ok if they fixed the lag, but its nothing you'll play a lot seeing as there are games like Halo 3, COD2 and now the new Rainbow 6 that have huge online communities. If you really like dark stories and immersive singlpe player experiences ala Bioshock then this is a must have.

Agreed, it's cheap enough now so just go buy it. Single player is great. The story is very good, although the ending was somewhat anticlimactic. I really enjoyed playing this game - never did play the multiplayer though.

For the singleplayer, I think it is worth a buy. As for the multiplayer...well that is another story. (Not a good story either :P)

i agree. 10-12 hours of one of the best stories. sell it after you're done with it though.
