The deal ended a day early?

Apparently on amazon there was a deal for dragon age till the 4th, I tried buying it on the 2nd but my dad completely ignored me.

Now looking today as its the third it went back up.

Now i'm extremely frustrated, why did the deal go up a day early?

I guess I'm gonna have to wait for dragon age. great. that wrecked my day.

Yes it said jan 4th, and I'm getting this with my christmas money, and I was gonna get it on the 2nd instead of the 3rd, but I knew I'd still be safe on the 3rd because it said it ended on the 4th...

And I really don't feel like paying an extra 20$ now because it ended a day early..

Yes, if it was pulled early and they know of the deal they should be able to do that for you

Write them up an email right now and see what they can do

As for evidence you said you don't have any so that's pretty easy :P lol

Hopefully someone there has records of when the deals are active

In the email make sure you tell them the price it was offered for and then just hope for the best

Well that deal is over right now (thanks to this error) so either way you're out of time

In the email tell them everything. The price, how long it said it would be that price, the fact that waiting for the email response might put you past the date, explain that you want to buy it for the price advertised, all of it.

I think it was fine actually.. just basically told them It was 40$ until the 4th and Its the 3rd and the deal is apparently over. and i wanted to buy it...

Just remember with these sort of emails to always be polite and thank them for just addressing your needs, the same way you'd treat someone who was doing a favor for you in public

Considering they cater to thousands and thousands of customers, they won't remember you.

Just tell them you were interested in purchasing the game at it's advertised price. They'll either lower it for you or tell you sorry out of luck. Nothing lost just by contacting them.

Hopefully you checked your email so that's typed correctly and actually makes sense so they take your claim more seriously.

No I mean usually when contacting back and forward it keeps track of the last message you sent, so If the person is replying and I sound like a complete jerk I'm sure there not gonna be as nice to me.

Trust me, if you didnt call them a dickwad and threaten to sue, they're not going to be mean to you.
