I seriously can't even play a fighting game with out the **** not moving properly. It also **** up my hands. MS fails for making just a horrible D-Pad. Am I forced to use this **** or are there any other controllers out here?

Uh. Well the D-Pad wasnt really intended to be used for primary controls. Its more of a one-press kind of setup (eg. changing weapons). I do use it on the Mega Drive Collection though and would on Street Fighter if I had it. So I know where you're coming from. But still it's not really their fault.Hotwire246Ugh even that is sometimes off. I hate the D-Pad with a passion, when you press down on one area quickly it seems to slide an entire hemisphere. I wish the D-Pad was built with more precision and accuracy or like the NES or PS3's. Kind of ironic, one of the most ergonomic and comfortable controllers I've ever held yet the D-Pad is god awful.
Yeah the d-pad is pretty horrible... You think they'd learn from the first xbox but I guess not... I hate it cuz even when playing RE5 and use the shortcut keys on the d-pad it ends up reading a different direction giving me a weapon I don't want... Street Figther IV takes the cake for me though... I think I'm gonna buy that fighter pad...
Agreed, the D-pad is awful!
For those who say that the d-pad isn't used much, one has to consider all the classic games and certain DLC that make better use of the d-pad than the analog stick would. These games are difficult to play using either one. I wish MS would make an updated first party controller with a better d-pad.
im not a fan of the d-pad either... but i've played with a lot worse...i remember playing street fighter alpha 2 on the original playstation with a Mad Katz controller, and the d-pad would litterally tear the bottom of your thumbs when you try to pull off moves... at least the 360 one doesn't do that to me...lol
