This is tough...

1) Fallout 3. This game is endlessly awesome.

2) Rock Band 2. Even if I can't have my DLC, I can play Painkiller forever.

3) Modern Warfare 2. Not really an online FPS guy(Not on console anyway.), but this game was excellent.
